Three Reasons Why I Love My Healthy Hot Air Fryer

Food is the essence of a healthy life. We all have our own specific tastes that we develop over time. But, the scenario today is that we neither have time to eat the food we love or prepare it. A majority of the population living in the world today eat whatever they feel convenient at that moment of time. We all want to stay healthy, but the food we are consuming a daily basis is going to do the exact opposite. Low fat food is the need of the time, but we don’t have time to prepare low fat food that is delicious as well. The majority of the world’s population doesn’t have time to prepare delicious and healthy food or they don’t have the right equipment that can cook low fat meals for them.

This is something that bothers me because we are living in a world where a wide range of cooking appliances are available, yet people are forced to eat the food, which are high in sugar and carbohydrate content. I was doing the same, but I just wanted to say that I made an effort to find the right cooking appliance, which can fulfil my demand of having low fat meals. One day, I bumped into a product called the ‘Air Fryer’. This is one of those kitchen appliances that allows freedom to the busy people like to me to cook food healthy and delicious meals.

Air Fryers were launched in 2007 and they became instantly popular because people were looking for an appliance that could easily blend with their hectic lifestyles and get them low fat meals every single day. I love my air fryer a lot because it allows me to eat delicious and nutritious food every day. Here are my reasons to love an air fryer.

  1. A versatile appliance: An air fryer is proficient in frying, grilling, roasting and baking. This product is apt to take care of my food related demands in the best way. My air fryer allows me to prepare grilled sandwiches, French fries, grilled fish, spring rolls and a host of other items for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I don’t have to use gallons and gallons of oil to cook food, when it can just brush it up on the raw food and place them in the fryer. The food will be prepared at a much lesser time and will have the same taste as if it is being prepared in a wok. I really like my air fryer because it prepares my food in 10-15 minutes.
  2. Time saving appliance: The time I started using my air fryer, I have noticed that my work efficiency has increased a lot. I don’t have to rush to my office anymore. This is due to the fact that my air fryer cooks the food at a really fast speed. Moreover, I don’t have to spend time doing the dishes because I cook 80% of my food in the air fryer. It is not at all messy to use an air fryer for cooking. I just have to wipe the main body of the fryer and that’s it. On weekends, I like to eat chicken, so I just put the chicken into the fryer for roasting. My air fryer takes around half an hour.
  3. Consumes less oil: One of my biggest concerns with the food I eat is high consumption of oil. I like crispy food, but I certainly don’t want to consume oil because I know that it can make me obese and results in various cardiovascular issues as well. My air fryer doesn’t require much oil to cook food, which is perhaps the best feature in my opinion.

I’m neither dieting, nor do I have any heart disease, but I want to pursue a healthy routine in order to prolong my life. My air fryer has helped me a lot by reducing my oil consumption without affecting the taste of the food. I will recommend everybody to try eating the food that is cooked in an air fryer. I’m quite sure that people are going to love it.
